& The Global Channel Subscription Program Enablement Manager will support HP's Subscription Services sales strategy and program development through our global channel segment. This individual will act as a key liaison between sales/partner channels and stakeholders. They will contribute to strategic vision, build necessary program components and supports goal achievement with strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.Applies subject knowledge to solve common business issues of moderate complexity. Provides analysis and limited project input as a knowledgeable team member, using independent judgment within set practices. Follows guidelines, interprets policies, evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Responsibilities* Support the development of necessary infrastructure and operational program elements.* Drive channel program adoption and growth by identifying partner opportunities.* Create resource packages, programs and best practices for HP Business Development Managers (BDM) to support partners. Interface with channel sales resources ensuring alignment to achieve fiscal targets.* Works closely with channel business leader on execution plans, key deliverables and metrics.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engagement materials for partner adoption.* Negotiate and influence offerings and programs with GBU based on sales/partner feedback.* Build program benefits and value for partners.* Collaborate with operations teams and BDMs to maintain a positive partner experience and serve as a liaison to assist partner adoption for the Renew business.* Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on how partners can leverage HP.* Ensure partner content publication aligns with brand and provides value.Education & Experience Recommended* Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience* Familiarity with resellers and distribution channels* Ability to work with cross-functional teams* Experience in sales, channels & content strategy* Proven track record in managing and growing subscription-based services in 2 tier or distribution channels* Strong understanding of the services industry and subscription business models.* Ability to develop and execute strategic channel partner development plans for subscription services.* Ability to understand partner needs and tailor subscription services to meet those needs.* 2 years or more experience of working on business development with Distributors or Principal vendors offering subscription Services and /or SWKnowledge and Skills* Organized and methodical; adept at turning big ideas into actionable plans.* Strong communication and influencing skills; able to present complexissues clearly and concisely.* Skilled negotiator with a win/win mindset, effective with peers, business units, partners, and customers.* Experienced in multi-cultural environments.* Knowledgeable in marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools.* Strong grasp of channel distribution/dealer frameworks.* Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills.* Strong interpersonal skills; capable of building andmanaging virtual teams.* Effective in interfacing with various organizational levels and functions.* Capable of influencing and driving consensus.* Flexibility with a growth mindset.* Ability to adapt with changing business priorities and dynamics
