Our Company
As our Retail Store Purchasing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing the products that fuel our growth. You'll work closely with our team and local stores, ensuring the seamless purchasing and delivery of products to our warehouse in Barcelona. Your role will directly contribute to our mission by maintaining high-quality standards and fostering valuable relationships with local partners.
Your mission?
To be the bridge between our suppliers and warehouse operations, ensuring every product purchased meets our quality and efficiency expectations. This role is vital to our operational success, and your efforts will have a lasting impact.
Your main accountabilities would include but would not limit to:
* Conduct daily purchasing of beauty products from local retail stores
* Deliver purchased products to our Barcelona warehouse or organise distant shipments when required
* Report purchased orders in Google Sheets to maintain accurate records
* Collect and submit purchasing invoices to the Finance team for processing
* Handle product returns to stores when necessary
* Build strong relationships with store salespeople to secure regular purchasing volumes
* Communicate with couriers and manage shipments for distant orders
* Ensure product quality and security throughout the purchasing process
Requirements
* A valid Category B Driving License
* Access to a personal vehicle for transporting products
* Strong attention to detail and a love for accuracy
* Quick learner with flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel for tracking and reporting purchases
* Fluent or Upper Intermediate Spanish and basic to intermediate English
