Functions and responsibilities:Gather, clarify, categorize and organize market claims related to the models assigned.Manage the claims by investigating the root causes, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring timely resolution.Gather other departments corrective actions or countermeasures and communicate with stakeholders.Conduct confirmation audits to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and confirm resolution of market claims.Maintain clear documentation of claims, actions taken, and results achieved.Perform regular reporting on the status of market claims and corrective actions taken, including trends and outcomes.Manage and update databases related to market claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Provide support to 0MIS engineer once needed (compounds checks, documentation, etc...)Track and manage KPIs related to the claims process,activities, etc. ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.Collaborate with external / internal teams such as Aftersales, Customer services, Production, other Quality areas, Engineering, etc... to analyze trends and implement improvements.Provide regular reports and updates on claim status to management and relevant departments.
