Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate located in Barcelona. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building partnerships, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. We are looking for a real hunter who is willing to take the extra step to get the deal done!
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Pharmaceutical related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role
* Proven track record of identifying and pursuing business opportunities and building client relationships
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and build partnerships
* Experience with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
* Fluency in English is a must, and German a nice to have.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
* Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in business development and marketing
Responsibilities
* Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical CDMO market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements
* Develop effective sales strategies to promote our services and drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction
* Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for potential clients
