System Analyst, Marketplace Recruitment & Dev

We are looking for mid-senior System Analysts with a strong technical background. Do you have a passion for using data in order to drive business actions? Are you experienced in reporting and advanced SQL techniques, analytical problem-solving, and data visualization?
This is an amazing opportunity if you are keen to improve current reporting solutions and innovate by creating new and simpler ones, providing the Marketplace business with robust automated insights.
In this role, you will help identify, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), partner with the internal and external program teams to identify root causes of spikes or plummets in key metrics while carrying on mid-term to long-term projects to improve our services, processes, and tools, and communicating with tech, program, and product teams.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Simplify and automate reporting while building data solutions to have maximum scale, self-service ability by stakeholders and improve productivity.
* Solve complex and broad business problems with analytically derived solutions, applying analytical best practices.
* Translate business requirements into reporting while working with internal and external stakeholders to define the best output based on business needs.
* Effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams in a large organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Proficient with SQL.
* Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to build reports and metrics for business insights.
* Experience working with stakeholders to document data and operational processes.
* Familiarity with database types and data models.
* Experience with data visualization using Quicksight, or similar tools, and Excel (pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree or equivalent.
* Experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience.
* Proficiency with Python.
* Proficiency with Amazon Technologies: AWS S3, RS, Lambda.
