Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Network and Connectivity Services Manager will be an innovation focused business and technology leader. The role will focus on managing the development and implementation of Network and Connectivity infrastructure, service and support models. They will also drive compliance and optimization aimed at providing optimal performance to business users across Caldic globally. Collaborating with the wider technology community to deliver first class user experience and service across the business, the candidate will be a self-motivated, excellent communicator, strong negotiator with experience in Cloud architecture, service delivery, contract management, analytical thinking, decision making and presentation skills.
The Network and Connectivity Services Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and management of network infrastructure and connectivity services within an outsourced IT environment. This role involves working closely with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of network services that support the organization's business operations. The Network and Connectivity Services Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing costs, and aligning network services with business objectives and industry best practices.
