What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Product & Brand Manager for our Marketing Department to cover a maternity leave.
The candidate will develop a comprehensive product-brand plan, research and identify new potential KOLs and partnerships, analyze market trends and ROI, identify patient associations for synergies, assess competitor offerings for differentiation opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape to create and update a solid competitive analysis. Additionally, they will research and develop content briefs for storytelling, idea suggesting, planning frameworks, blogs, and press releases.
Which will be your responsibilities?
* Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies based on market research and competitive analysis, setting short-term and long-term goals to strengthen the category's position in the market.
* Develop the messaging framework for our products, ensuring effective positioning in the market by highlighting their unique features and benefits.
* Oversee the approval of marketing materials and campaigns, coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with company brand and regulatory guidelines.
* Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
* Collaborate with the sales team to devise Key Opinion Leader (KOL) plans and content engagement strategies.
* Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that communicate the brand's values, generate demand, and drive leads.
* Coordinate with corporate teams on digital marketing initiatives, such as social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
* Organize and participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and enhance brand visibility.
* Work closely with sales, medical, training, and customer support teams to align product and brand strategies with overall business goals.
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing materials worldwide.
* Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's reach and enhance its global reputation.
* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure brand relevance and effectiveness in diverse markets, and support distributor marketing departments by providing necessary tools, resources, and guidance.
* Contribute to practice marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer engagement.
What do you need to be a successful candidate?
* Academic background: Bachelor's degree required, Master or MBA preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience as a brand manager within the medical devices industry.
* Proficiency in budget management and allocation.
* Strategic thinking ability with a knack for campaign development.
* Intuitive understanding of brand evolution.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Awareness of industry trends and ability to meet customer demands.
* Creativity and aptitude for generating innovative ideas.
* Proficient time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Be a proactive, versatile, self-motivated, and autonomous person.
* Fluent Spanish & English language skills in both verbal and written communication are a must.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
