Responsible for managing, supervising and supporting a team of technicians, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively to perform their daily tasks and to meet the company goals and objectives.

Responsible for coaching, following up, and ensuring that the team is always adhering to the health and safety guidelines.
Responsible for service technicians’ development, ensuring that skills and capabilities are in line with the needs of the assigned territory, designing their training plan (together with HR and technical support) and verifying the efficiency of the training in the field.
Develop a strong relationship with customers
Customer service: visit customers’ premises for complex issues, support the CTS sales team & equipment sales force as a consultant, report on special interventions, and report failures in breakdown of contracts.
Control and improvement of the business indicators
Control and follow up activities: cost & labour execution, KPIs such as productive hours, utilization efficiency, travel ratio, indirect costs, WIP, complex technical problems, attend technicians in the field, and ensure tools and service cars are in good condition.

We will need from you some experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience in managing teams
And some knowledge and personality requirements:
* Engineering/technical degree or similar experience in the compressor area
* Technical knowledge on compressor technique
* Knowledge of Spanish (native) and desirable English language (at least, B1 level)

The candidate will be able to travel 60% of the time.
