Job Responsibilities:
* Define brand development strategy based on a solid understanding of user, market, and competition.
* Lead the development of marketing strategy/plan and collaborate with marketing-related functions to execute the marketing plan, including creative, advertising, PR, social, and EDM.
* Collaborate with product and operation functions to develop brand strategy and identify needed resources to achieve brand goals.
* Guide the development of high-quality and effective marketing materials that align with the overall brand strategy.
* Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximize all opportunities for growth.
Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years of working experience as a brand manager or marketing manager is a MUST.
* Experience in both traditional and digital marketing in Spain or the Western European market is a plus.
* Passionate about building a brand from a zero or little base.
* Strong data analysis capability.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in English is a must; a certain level of mastery of Spanish is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree or above.
