Online Business Development Italy Department: IATI International Location: Italy (Remote with potential travel) Objective: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to spearhead our expansion into the Italian market. As the Online Business Development Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and establish a strong brand presence. This includes identifying and leveraging online and offline channels, building strategic partnerships, and adapting our marketing efforts to resonate with the Italian audience. Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop and implement expansion strategies aligned with IATI''s overall goals. Promote initiatives to boost brand awareness and market penetration. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners. Adapt existing marketing strategies to the Italian market, considering cultural nuances and consumer preferences. Design and execute online and offline caigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. Conduct thorough market research, identify emerging trends and opportunities, and analyze competitor activities. Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Negotiate with external vendors and service providers. Participate in local and national trade shows and conferences. Define short term and mid term objectives for market growth. Explore and activate co branding collaborations with relevant brands in the travel/insurance sector. Team Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new team members as needed. Provide ongoing training and support to the team. Foster a collaborative and high performing team environment. Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers in the travel/insurance industry. Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor and track influencer activities and caign performance. Maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long term partnerships. Define quality standards for influencer collaborations. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze cultural nuances to adapt caigns effectively. Manage the budget allocated for marketing and business development activities. Prepare regular reports on market growth, caign performance, and ROI. Analyze local regulations and policies to ensure compliance. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand awareness initiatives. Secondary Tasks: Assist in the coordination and execution of company events. Provide support to business development activities in other markets as needed. Required Experience: Minimum 5 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in business expansion and market development.
