About our company
Innovamat is a K-12 educational startup focused on bringing the science of math learning and teaching to the classroom. We have built a PreK-8 math curriculum to structurally change the way students learn, leaving the textbook and workbook behind. Our curriculum allows students to develop all conceptual understanding through discussion and manipulation, while developing problem solving, reasoning, and communication skills. We have created an all-in-one product ecosystem, from manipulatives to a self-adaptive practice App, to allow them to change their role from lecturing to facilitating and to save teachers time on non-pedagogical tasks.

We are more than 320 education and math enthusiasts. Together, we’ve been able to reach more than 1,800 schools in 7 countries (United States, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Ecuador) with more than 300,000 students and 15,000 teachers falling in love with us.
Your mission
Your mission is to smooth the way of our customers and ensure that they don’t have any technical, logistic, or even didactic problems, trying to optimize all the processes to maximize customer satisfaction.
Your day to day at Innovamat
* Provide didactic advice to 5 to 10 client schools to gain a comprehensive understanding of the daily tasks of an Account Manager, with the goal of improving the quality of service provided to them.
* Develop tools in collaboration with Revenue Operations that enable Account Management and Support teams to focus on delivering top-tier service.
* Attain in-depth knowledge of how Innovamat’s product functions across different stages of the user journey.
* Continually reassess the data collected and explore innovative ways to utilize this information for improved business outcomes.
* Define key usage KPIs and develop comprehensive usage reports: Collaborate with the data team to create usage dashboards that provide actionable insights to the Customer Success, Product, and Sales departments.
* Regularly challenge existing definitions and continuously iterate on our data processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Oversee the strategy behind the entire value chain, including data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting.
* Gather and analyze teachers' feedback, translating their input into actionable strategies for product improvement.
* Lead the Innovamat support team and the Long Tale Account Management team, guiding them towards achieving company goals and objectives.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Math/Physics or in similar roles.
* Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
* Passionate about our didactic proposal, quick learner, and an eager beaver willing to be in a challenging environment.
* Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (self-motivated team player).
* Knowledge of spreadsheets or willingness to learn.
* Ability to multitask and to engage internal and external stakeholders through great communication skills.
