The selected candidate will participate in medical device development projects, focusing on Active Implantable Medical Devices (AIMD), contributing to various stages of the development cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign ActivitiesDesign electromechanical systems for interfacing with biological components.Mechanical design of components and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor or similar 2D/3D CAD software.Develop algorithms and models for physiological data processing and test systems using Python or Matlab.Systems EngineeringConducting systems engineering activities for medical device development including Requirements Engineering and Risk Management, in compliance with ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and ISO 14971.Verification and validation including writing tests protocols and executing testing.RegulatoryEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (FDA, MDR, IEC 60601, ISO 14708, ISO 10993, etc.).Preparation of technical documentation for regulatory submissions.Project ManagementSupporting client communication, project planning, component sourcing, and manufacturing coordination.Business Development Conduct industry research and maintain an updated database of medical device trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.Participate in conferences and industry meetings.Qualifications✅ Education:•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.✅ Technical Skills:•Expertise in medical device design methodologies, such as Stanford Biodesign, or similar frameworks.•Understanding of biocompatibility requirements and biocompatible materials.•Experience in 2D/3D CAD modelling. •Familiarity with medical device regulations and safety standards.✅ Soft Skills:•Problem-solving mindset, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.•Proficiency in English and Spanish (required); knowledge of French, or another European language is a plus.✅ Experience:•3+ years of experience in medical devices or a related industry.Why Join ADCORPUS?✨ Work on cutting-edge medical technologies.✨ Join an innovative and dynamic work environment.✨ Collaborate with leading experts in the medical device industry.✨ Competitive salary and benefits package.Competitive salary based on experience.Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Spain.Are you passionate about medical innovation and eager to work on life-changing technologies?
