您的任务 :
In this role, the Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales from existing customers as well as acquiring and developing new clients by selling pharmaceutical or biological products within the Canary Islands, with a specific focus on Companion Animals.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Information Gathering: Collect and share insights about competitors and market trends by gathering up-to-date market information during client visits. Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
2. Sales Plan Preparation and Execution: Manage and prioritize all activities to meet territory objectives based on segmentation. Organize appointments and meetings with key accounts, deliver sales presentations, close deals, and place orders.
3. Relationship Development and Maintenance: Build long-term strategic relationships and interact with veterinarians and key decision-makers in veterinary clinics for mutual benefit.
4. Negotiation: Negotiate with local buyers following the company’s commercial policy. Collaborate with the regional manager in negotiations with larger purchasing groups.
5. Reporting: Complete required administrative tasks, maintain an updated customer database, and draft reports on market conditions, including competitor and customer changes.
6. Sales Performance Management: Contribute to team efforts by achieving related sales goals as needed through the development of strategic products.
7. Influence and Product Trust: Influence veterinarians and other key decision-makers to recommend and sell Ceva’s products to their clients. Drive behavioral changes through education and impact, including discussions on technical and medical product topics within veterinary practices.
您的简历:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Sciences, Business Administration, Sales, and/or Marketing. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. 1-3 years of experience in the commercial sector and customer relationship management.
3. Advanced proficiency in management tools, such as Excel.
4. Strong planning and organizational skills.
5. Customer and product knowledge.
6. Sales opportunity research and qualification.
7. Objection handling and negotiation skills.
8. Effective communication and ability to inspire trust.
