MTB SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Iberia Centre/North

Fox Head Europe is recruiting for the position of MTB Sales Representative – Iberia Centre/North. The FHE Sales Reps are driving the category and dealer business by using their sales skills and building strong relationships based upon product and category expertise to create the Mountain bike and Lifestyle market of tomorrow for Fox Racing.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. SALES MANAGEMENT: Establish Fox as the premier partner within the Centre-North Iberian territory by both farming the existing accounts we hold and hunting for representation of our MTB and Lifestyle products in specific Mountain bike and independent lifestyle dealership doors. Optimize sales and service to Fox MTB/LFS-SG accounts through relentless outbound selling, driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for Fox and the dealer. Maximize sales of all Fox products with a persistent pursuit to achieving sales goals with assigned geographies. Be accountable for selling to the account base through “Pre Book”, “Re-order” and “Clearance” business via customer visits, email, and telephone. Reporting on opportunities, potential issues and support needed as well as work with the manager to solve those. Develop selling skills via communication with accounts, product teams and sales management. Actively participate in sales meetings and give feedback to your reporting Manager.
2. DEALER MANAGEMENT: Act as a liaison to customers on relevant Fox initiatives, collaboratively develop capabilities, and enhance Fox retail partner connection to the consumer. Increase sell-in and sell-through by working to prepare, plan and deliver a clear comprehensive merchandising presentation on a seasonal basis. Manage all dealers orderbook status, solving any issue in terms of deliveries, orders status, payments, stock & sell through management etc. Execute seasonal mailers with initiatives, catalogues, order timelines and in-season opportunities as well as staff training and product testing sessions. Clearly identify and pursue shop-in-shop and custom shop opportunities in assigned account base and work with trade marketing and dealer on merchandising flow, replenishment and visual merchandising of SiS/CS space. Regular account visits contact accounts to drive revenue and adoption of current selling campaigns and identify opportunities for dealer sales support and key dealer events.
3. MARKET MANAGEMENT: Be the Fox representative and best brand's ambassador in assigned territory and actively attend mountain bike races and events. Understand account competitors and marketplace; utilize assessment, knowledge, and a brand management focus to adjust and drive sales through accounts. Learn and stay curious on product and product trend changes within all divisions at Fox and identify product opportunities for accounts based on inventory and regional needs. Establish and maintain timely, consistent, responsive external and internal relationships.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.
2. Experience delivering a high level of customer service and presentations.
3. Experience of dealing with independent bike dealerships and large chains of stores.
4. English minimum level B1, as the candidate will work closely with EU Headquarters.
5. Technical proficiency with MS applications (Excel & Word).
6. Control and use of basic Salesforce tools.
7. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
8. Full driving license.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in retail, Inside Sales or Field Sales.
2. Action Sports industry experience and familiarity with its trends and market place.
