We are now looking for a Trainee for the European Shared Service Team based in Barcelona, who will collaborate with a team of professionals who deliver service to various affiliates across Europe.
She/he will collaborate with the following tasks:
* Receives, processes and accurately validates suppliers' invoices.
* Resolves invoice errors and/or discrepancies to ensure timely processing of invoices.
* Maintains excellent supplier relations by serving as a primary point of contact for departmental and supplier inquiries.
* Collaborates with the preparation of the payment cycle in accordance with the defined internal control framework.
Requirements for the role:
* Possibility to be a trainee (currently studying to make a scholarship agreement) during 6 to 12 months.
* High level of English and Spanish is indispensable.
* General knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger, and purchasing processes.
* We are looking for a person who is a genuine team player, open to change and flexible, with the capacity to learn different tasks and ways of working.

* Possibility to work 3 days in the office (Barcelona) / 2 days from home.
* Part Time. 5 to 6 working hours. Mornings. Flexible schedule.
