Job Description
We are looking for candidates based in Barcelona, Spain, with a strong preference for:
* Willingness to consider candidates able to relocate to Barcelona for a contract period (1-3 years).
* Native/Fluent (Business level) in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish (verbal and written).
* Good command of English.
* Strong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous).
* Available to work shifts (International Call Centre).
* Office-based in Barcelona, Spain.
* Strong PC literacy skills.
* Goal-oriented, proactive, and with a sense of urgency.
* Positive and professional attitude.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
* Strong time management skills.
* Accurate and able to follow processes and procedures.
