About the Role:
Solution Adoption Advisor (SAA) executes targeted and scalable product adoption customer engagements, with a focus on risk-mitigation. They provide related support and enablement to account manager/executives and assist with the development and maintenance of solution specific content. SAA serves as the subject matter expert in one to one, one to many adoption events and in at-risk customer situations as needed. In addition, SAA shares solution best practices, and influences customer business processes to align the best practices supported by SAP SuccessFactors solutions with customers, partners and internally. SAA has deep HR domain and product knowledge in their area of focus.
Responsibilities:
Solution Adoption Advisor handles the following responsibilities:
* Proactively target customers to identify and execute solution adoption risk mitigation plans using established methodology.
* Engage with customers via one to one and one to many events to share solution best practices, and influence customer business processes to align with best practices supported by SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
* Serve as a SME in 1 to many Sessions, Solution Adoption Accelerator events, conferences, such as Success Connect and in one-to-many adoption marketing events.
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure engagement recommendations are acted upon. Work internally to ensure tracking of changes is measurable.
* Serve as product and business process SME in critical customer situations/escalations as needed.
* Contribute towards solution-based CSM readiness and develop and deploy solution/HR domain content to promote CSM readiness.
* Assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of solution and business process best practices for use in SAA engagement tools, using established leading practices as a foundation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve adoption barriers and work internally to ensure adoption telemetry is optimized.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of HR solution consulting experience with the ability to translate business problems into solution strategy and execution plans.
* Broad understanding of the full suite of SAP SuccessFactors offerings including an appreciation of AI, BTP etc.
* Expert product knowledge with SuccessFactors EC or EC Payroll/Time/Benefits and the interdependencies with our other HCM solutions such as Talent Management.
* Working knowledge of integrations to other solutions in general and overall.
* Strong product knowledge of SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytical Solutions a plus.
* Enterprise HR implementation knowledge/experience, including integration and business process consulting.
* Deep HR domain knowledge with an emphasis on EC and HR business processes.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively with high quality output.
* Excellent project and task management skills, ability to prioritize shifting priorities and meet deadlines within an agile framework.
* A working knowledge of general project management principles, skills and methods i.e. Agile, Waterfall with ability to prioritize shifting priorities and meet deadlines within a project delivery framework.
* Experience of working within/leading/coordinating structured projects, campaigns or initiatives within a customer environment or internal/cross-functional capacity.
* Enthusiasm, internal leadership, strong work ethic and a positive attitude to problem solving.
* Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to credibly present recommendations at senior levels in the organization.
* Ability to strategically influence internal and customer stakeholders to drive customer adoption.
Education and Experience:
* 7 plus years HR Solution consulting experience with the ability to translate business problems into solution strategy.
* Substantial experience driving client solutions and implementation experience with large scale EC & Payroll/Time/Benefits software deployments (either as an internal program owner or as an external consultant).
Physical and Environmental requirements:
* Standard office/home office environment, commutable to an SAP office.
* This is a global role with demands outside of standard working hours so requires a flexible approach.
* Travel is a requirement for this job. Although travel is not a weekly event, SAAs do occasionally travel to attend conferences and customer meetings in person. Estimated travel is between 10% and 25%, with travel schedules fluctuating up and down over the year. SAAs have the ability to influence their travel schedule but must be able to travel as and when required.
