What you’ll do:
The Financial Administrative Assistant will handle the following tasks:
* Managing payments and bank account changes.
* Generating transfers and ensuring that data and amounts match across systems.
* Verifying the legal documentation required to execute transfers.
* Handling specific bank requests, such as providing contracts or invoices for international transfers.
* Assisting with accounting tasks, such as managing recurring invoices and bulk data uploads for bookkeeping.
* Managing employee cards (activations, deactivations, updates, control).
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience in finance or accounting departments.
