WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
* Achieve double-digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
* Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector.
* Be a key figure in the commercial transformation towards a more data-driven organization, leveraging an on-offline strategy and maximizing digital tools such as e-commerce and management systems like CRM.
* Analyze data, define, and implement regional business development plans based on the national strategy.
* Coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan.
* Implement business development methodology: training, ride along, etc.
* Alignment of internal and external (distributors) systems: CRM and ERP.
* Monitoring implementation and results.
* 30% of the time, key projects (eCommerce, external commercial team).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
* Degree or master's degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration or management.
* +3 Years of Experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience).
* +3 Years of experience related to business analytics or similar.
* eCommerce experience.
* Knowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BI.
* Located in North of Spain.
* High level of English.
