Responsibilities
1. Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines
2. Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions
3. Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment
Requirements
1. C2 level of Norwegian and advanced English
2. Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive
3. Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus
4. Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO / High School or higher)
5. 38.5h / week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
6. Shifts: Morning (08:00-16:00) or Afternoon (16:00-00:00)
