IT and SAP Project Manager - Region Southern Europe

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of IT solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across the Region of Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the management of Information Technology (IT) projects, particularly in the SAP area in the SD, MM, and FI modules, as well as experience in project management and team leadership.
The candidate must have the ability to adapt to multicultural environments and work autonomously and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills, showing reliability and transparency at all times, are essential. An advanced command of English, both oral and written, is required.
This is how you WOW:
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute projects for the implementation of solutions on SAP sales, logistics, and finance modules.
2. Collaborate in identifying improvement areas, evaluate change requests, and develop and implement the IT solutions needed in the region.
3. Supervise and validate the functional and technical analysis, design, system parametrization, development, and testing of projects and services from service suppliers.
4. Create specific documentation for users regarding the new processes, including communications aimed at change management.
5. Provide support in the post-implementation period.
6. Coordinate SAP roll-out projects in new countries joining the region.
7. Lead the migration to the new platform SAP S/4 HANA following the Group guidelines.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT project management, with a focus on SAP projects. Must have participated in at least 4 full life cycle SAP projects.
3. SAP experience in both R/3 and S/4 HANA platforms.
4. Certifications: SAP and/or project management certifications will be valued.
5. Solid understanding of sales, logistics, and after-sales processes, detailed knowledge of supply chain, and cross-module process expertise.
6. Intercultural skills: Ability to work effectively and flexibly in multicultural environments.
7. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to different hierarchical levels and roles.
8. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating reliability and transparency.
9. Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Turkish, Italian, or Greek will be valuable.
10. Availability to travel occasionally.
