Responsibilities
1. Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
2. Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions.
3. Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment.
Qualifications
1. C2 level of Finnish and advanced English.
2. Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive.
3. Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus.
4. Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO/High School or higher).
Additional Information
1. 38.5h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
2. Shifts: Morning (08:00-16:00) or Afternoon (16:00-00:00).
