What youll do Steers excellence in implementation of category strategy in point of sale
Collaborates sales and with marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities
Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication
Develops trade programs in line with sales strategy
Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities
Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities
Supports Trade Marketing teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
Ensures that the desired product benefits and brand values / equity are properly communicated What makes you a good fit3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG categoryGood professional experience with POSFluent level of English Business Administration or some related educational backgroundGood analytical skills and experience using Nielsen and Excel. Motivation and entrepreneurship skills to propose new ways to be in the market.Creativity, convincing and influencing skills to interact with stakeholders. Teamplayer attitude and leadership skills.
