Identify future growth opportunities based on relevant consumer insights and market needs. Develop and leverage global product concepts. Track key performance indicators and business performance across geographic markets. Collaborate closely with internal business partners and external agencies/consultants across geographic markets. Organize internal events with key markets and management to share and present strategy, consumer news, and key project milestones. Requirements Your Profile At least 4 years of FMCG product management experience or in marketing agencies. High command of English both spoken and written. Willingness to work in an agile & diverse international environment. Excellent project management skills with the ability to work across complex and multiple projects. Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas. Good business understanding to identify key issues and solutions. Analytical skills and data driven understanding (strong reporting skills). International experience is a plus. Other Considerations Experience in leading or supporting product innovation initiatives is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel and open to international mobility.
