Due to expansion we are looking to add an International Back Office - Partners support into our sales international team based in Barcelona (Spain).
The main purpose of the position is to proactively support administration sales processes by providing specific and ongoing support to our global partners/customers, sales team, and internal service providers. The product portfolio managed includes our laboratory instrumentation solutions and/or retail weighing solutions.
Tasks:
1. Generate quotes, manage general sales administration and filing of documents, support admin trade compliance.
2. Handle contractual and legal procedures related to channel partners and customers located globally (mainly in Europe, LATAM, Africa, and the Middle East).
3. Manage incoming calls/mails from partners/customers related to leads and opportunities, as well as administrative/operational questions (i.e. coordinate technical support).
4. Prepare and create selected quotes for specific assigned partners, manage approval workflows, follow-up, revision & closing.
5. Assure validity of contracts/legal documents required by our partners.
6. Maintain updated CRM/ERP Data.
7. Support our sales teams and business in organizing trainings and events (on-site and virtual).
8. Support and cooperate closely with our global supply chain teams in daily operation and housekeeping tasks.
Lo que necesitas:
1. Education related to international trade (university business related degree or undergraduate/middle academic background).
2. At least 3 years in a similar sales admin role supporting international distributors/dealers/partners.
3. IT skills, fluent in Microsoft Office.
4. Service-oriented mindset, proactive, highly involved, and committed to finding solutions for partners.
5. Fluent in Spanish and English.
6. Other language skills are highly valued (French, Italian, others).
7. Located in Barcelona.
