THE ROLE:
We are looking for a TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS MANAGER to oversee and manage all aspects of the technological solutions landscape, in line with the business strategy and objectives, ensuring continuous improvement of the company’s technological resources to drive business growth, excel customer`s expectations and optimize efficiency.
What you will be doing:
* Identifying technological needs based on the global company strategy and defining the technological road map, aligning technology with current and future business requirements and goals.
* Collaborating with business process owners to understand and analyze business processes, uncover challenges and opportunities for operational efficiency optimization.
* Identifying and implementing the appropriate technological solutions, either by using or extending existing systems or developing and integrating alternative solutions.
* Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting systems and solutions.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented solutions, establishing KPIs and regular reporting.
* Prioritizing and implementing projects in accordance with business needs, setting milestones, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Providing training and support on new processes and solutions.
* Managing relationships with vendors who provide software, hardware, or consultancy services.
* Checking security on a regular basis, formulating and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
* Ensuring IT activities compliance.
What we are looking for:
* Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science,
* A minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
* Proficient in essential tools and technologies, such as Project Management Software, ERP Systems, CRM Software (Salesforce), Cloud Services, Programming Languages and Frameworks, Databases, Cyber security and Data Analytics tools.
* Project Management background.
* Communication skills.
* Strategic and analytical mindset
* Problem solving & decision making capacity.
* A team player
* Proficient English and Spanish.
* An interest for sports or even cycling is desirable.
