Purpose of the role
Christie & Co is looking for an Investment analyst intern to join the dynamic Christie & Co team based in our offices in Barcelona.
As an Investment analyst intern, you will prepare investment material, compliance and head of terms review, help identify potential investors, monitor relevant industry trends, working on market studies, and will support the team in the production of expert reports. The candidate will work with the support of the Consultancy and Investment teams in Spain and UK and will also be in constant contact with the Pan-European team, based in London, Paris, Munich, Berlin, or Helsinki.
Responsibilities include:
* Pre-field work and planning
* Market research (administration, hotels, statistical institutes)
* Preparing documentation, presentations, media kits and any other material needed
* Treatment of statistical information to develop trends and forecasts
* Assist on the preparation of pitches and memorandums
* Assisting with the preparation of financial projections
* Database management and creation
* Translation and text drafting
* Providing support to the wider team
* Compliance & Head of terms review
Requirements
* Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management
* Ambition to work in the hotel investment or consultancy sector in the future
* Great excel skills and confident user of Microsoft Office
* Fluent in Spanish & English (written & verbal)
* Quick learner, ambitious and good team player
* Good organisational skills
* EU/Swiss national
* Eligibility to work in Spain
