What you'll do:
Steers excellence in implementation of category strategy at point of sale.
Collaborates with sales and marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production, and implementation of all in-store activities.
Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication.
Develops trade programs in line with sales strategy.
Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities.
Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities.
Supports Trade Marketing teams in the execution of activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives.
Ensures that the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated.
What makes you a good fit:
3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG category.
Good professional experience with POS.
Fluent level of English.
Business Administration or some related educational background.
Good analytical skills and experience using Nielsen and Excel.
Motivation and entrepreneurship skills to propose new ways to be in the market.
Creativity, convincing, and influencing skills to interact with stakeholders.
Team player attitude and leadership skills.
