At Amer Global Brands we are looking for a Brand and Trade Manager who wants to enhance and develop their career in the world of spirits from a juicy portfolio.
Responsibilities:
* Brand management: National role covering brand building of an assigned group of brands on the Iberian Market (Spain and Portugal).
* Development of brand strategies based on in-depth market and client knowledge, recommending adjustments of central guidelines to local market specifics.
* Input to the annual brand planning process in Iberia through hands-on in-market expertise on consumer and category developments.
* Lead the brand building process to maximize distribution & visibility, increase rate of sales, and implement brand initiatives in the Trade.
* Project Management: Managing all projects in Spain & Portugal regarding image & awareness development.
* Communication across all touch points with clients, including digital presence, cooperation with local KOL, POSM, and merchandising units creation.
* Execution of Trade Marketing plans and excellent coordination with Sales Team and Customers.
* Understanding shopper, consumer, and customer behaviour at the point of sales.
* Participate in the Commercial & Marketing agenda, focusing on constant improvement of activities.
* Educate, inspire & engage both internal and external teams.
* Lead a team of two people and empower them to achieve brand objectives.
* Regular monitoring and reporting functions in areas of A&P spending, consumer pricing, project execution reports, and sales performance tracking.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum three years working experience in brand management and / or trade marketing roles.
* Strong track record of close cooperation with sales teams in Digital projects, Trade Marketing, PR, and Events management.
* Knowledge of the Premium Wines & Spirits industry is very favorable.
* Business planning skills; ability to analyse, plan, organise, execute and evaluate projects independently.
* Spanish and English is a must.
* Availability to travel to supervise brand events and activations or do market visits with Sales Team.
