Job Description:
* Responsible for delivering all EV-related projects, following up on every aspect to ensure successful project delivery.
* Work content centered on DC project delivery, responsible for progress management of on-site delivery activities, proactively coordinating relevant resources, and promoting closed-loop problem resolution.
* Solving technical problems of electric vehicle charging for European customers.
* Managing product and delivery quality during the delivery process and supporting the completion of customer interface delivery acceptance.
* Responsible for collating, summarizing, and analyzing customer issues.
* Assist in improving the efficiency of problem-solving in the R&D department and help them to avoid problems.
What You’ll Need:
* Fluency in languages is a must – Chinese, Spanish, and English .
* Background in engineering and technical subject areas.
* Knowledge of various programming languages and software development is a plus.
* Experience in project management.
* Strong stress tolerance, communication skills, and sense of responsibility.

工作职责：
* 负责所有电动汽车相关项目的交付，跟进各个环节，确保项目成功实施。
* 以直流（DC）项目交付为核心工作，负责现场交付活动的进度管理，主动协调相关资源，推动问题闭环解决。
* 解决欧洲客户在电动汽车充电方面的技术问题。
* 在交付过程中管理产品和交付质量，并支持完成客户接口的交付验收。
* 负责收集、整理、分析客户问题，并提出改进建议。
* 协助提升研发部门的解决问题效率，帮助避免潜在问题。
任职要求：
* 语言能力要求：中文、西班牙语和英语流利 。
* 具备工程和技术相关背景。
