To support this expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Europe.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of the commercial budget in collaboration with the CCO, establishing annual sales objectives.
2. Business Development Management: Prospecting new accounts and retaining existing ones, along with market development.
3. Collaborate within a professional, multinational sales team environment.
4. Execute our commercial sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including negotiating with customers to meet price and volume objectives.
5. Expand sales reach across Europe and other regions by identifying and nurturing relationships with new clients, emphasizing post-sales support and relationship management.
6. Ensure pricing and margin control while conducting thorough sales analysis, informed business intelligence, and strategic planning.
7. Provide extensive technical support and assist with claim resolution for various end-use applications.
