We are the Miebach Consulting Group, a global reference and one of the world’s largest consulting and engineering firms in the design and implementation of state-of-the-art supply chain solutions.
We are currently looking for supply chain consultants and Analysts to support our growth. The new joiner will start his/her career in Miebach, collaborating with clients and project teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and contribute to cost savings, understanding and modeling the Clients current operational processes, identifying main pain points, defining and developing solutions, and supporting implementation activities.
This role presents an excellent career opportunity for recent graduates or graduates with some experience to develop supply chain modelling and design skills in multiple industries in an international environment. This position requires domestic travel depending on project requirements.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Data Analysis: Collect, inspect, clean, transform, and model client data to identify the current operational status and identify pain points, inefficiencies, or improvement areas.
* Solution Development: In collaboration with the team (senior consultant and project director) come up with solutions, strategies and/or scenarios to enhance the client supply chain.
* Implementation Assistance: Aid clients in understanding or implementing the selected solutions, working alongside project teams to ensure successful execution.
* Client Engagement and Interaction: Keep track of delivery and validation activities from the client side. Maintain effective client communication and assist in managing client expectations.
* Documentation: Create, update, and store project documentation for clients and for internal reference.
* Project Tracking: Analyze the development of the assigned tasks, to share planning or execution risks with the Project Director.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal projects aiming to identify, analyze, and improve internal processes or services.
* Order Entry Support: Engage in offers and tenders development as time allows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Engineering or Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Coupa - Supply Chain Design Foundations Certification (a plus)
* Coupa - Supply Chain Network Optimization Certification (a plus)
* APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (a plus)
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Zero to +2 years in supply chain consulting, logistics, or related roles
* Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts and best practices
* Experience modeling optimization problems and/or using supply chain design tools (desired)
* Track record of implementing effective supply chain solutions (desired)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Time management and goal-setting abilities
* Effective communication, people-oriented, team collaboration, and adaptability
* Willingness to travel (20%)
* Fluent in Spanish and English; French, Portuguese, and/or German is a plus.
