We are on the hunt for a well connected Business Development Manager to spearhead sales and client relationship strategies in the EU and Indian powertrain markets - both regions are high growth areas for this technology, within the automotive and the motorcycle sector. You will become part of a visionary, high tech team that is revolutionizing e-powertrain technology for electric vehicles, for various applications from 2 wheeled vehicles, passenger car and heavy duty.
Your role will encompass:
* Scouting and capitalizing on new business avenues within the e-mobility market segment in the EU and Indian market.
* Fostering robust partnerships with existing clients and building new client accounts.
* Devising strategic plans complemented by proactive selling efforts.
The skills we’re looking for include:
* Proven experience in effectively managing existing accounts and creating new business opportunities.
* Engineering expertise: A solid foundation in engineering underlines your ability not only understand but also convey complex product features confidently.
* Sales experience: With at least 5 years' seasoned practice in account management roles coupled with evidence showcasing successful B2B transactions especially involving multidisciplinary electric powertrain products.
Industry know-how:
* Knowledge and experience of the Indian Powertrains market.
* Experience of developing EU client base effectively.
* Familiarity with motors, motor controllers and powertrain technologies.
