We're looking for a Laravel Developer to lead the development of a next-generation digital signage and advertising platform, used by top-tier clients across Europe and the UK.
You'll work closely with the CTO and Product owner to define architecture, guide a small development team, and deliver high-quality code using a modern Laravel stack hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You'll have the chance to work on dynamic media delivery, scheduling systems, content management, and analytics modules — all in one exciting product.
What You'll Do
* Lead the development of a Laravel-based full stack application
* Collaborate with product and design teams to turn business needs into scalable features
* Use GCP, Docker, and other modern tools to build resilient infrastructure
* Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong architectural principles
* Review code, mentor teammates, and promote best practices within the team
* Contribute to agile planning and technical roadmap decisions
* Work in front end features done in React
Must-Have Skills
* 6+ years of backend development experience
* 4+ years working with Laravel (PHP)
* Strong experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
* Solid understanding of modern PHP, OOP, and design patterns
* Knowledge developing SPAs in REACT
* Experience with Docker and containerized environments
* Previous experience with GCP or any cloud platform
* Excellent communication skills and fluent English (spoken and written)
* Team leadership experience and a collaborative, can-do attitude
Nice to Have
* Some experience with React.Js or modern JavaScript frameworks
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
* Knowledge of media or content delivery systems
