About This Role
We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join the Finance team within the Global Operations
division. The role will support financial controlling activities and contribute to strategic operational and
transformation initiatives at an international level.
This position offers strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration and operational finance in a
multinational environment.
What You Will Contribute
Support financial controlling activities within Global Operations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Contribute to operational finance projects and performance improvement initiatives.
Analyze financial data to support decision-making and drive efficiency.
Prepare reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools.
Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across Finance and Operations.
What We Seek
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Exposure to operational finance or transformation projects.
Fluency in English and Spanish
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
