Job Purpose
Understand and advocate the EA following TOGAF framework.
Work with enterprise and domain architects as needed to evolve strategies, policies, processes and procedures, blueprints and standards related to Reltio platform, components and protocols.
1. Develop and maintain formal strategies, sourcing guidance, technical standards, blueprints, reference architectures, architecture patterns and technology roadmaps for Customer Data Link (CDL).
2. Design flexible, scalable and robust state-of-the-art architecture for CMDM to meet the dynamic needs using Reltio.
3. Integration architecture.
4. Present architecture options and recommendations including configuration vs. customization.
The use of Reltio standard features:
1. Define and implement governing processes based on Reltio best practices.
2. Configuration Management.
3. Work with teams and come up with Continuous Improvement Process or refine existing process to make them impactful.
4. Incident Management with Concierge Support.
5. Understand the underlying Reltio architecture and interfacing systems including:
* Cloud integration tools.
* UI mashups.
* Single sign-on.
* Secure web services.
* Data Ingestion tools.
* GBQ.
1. Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas with emphasis on serving as a technical lead on development projects with on-shore and off-shore components, or a team lead or architect across multiple software development projects or work streams.
2. Serve as the bridge between the functional analysts and the technical delivery leads to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation.
3. Drive adoption of development methodology best practices across the GD and Sol Teams.
4. Evangelize and facilitate the Reltio platform and eco-system across the organization.
5. Identify problem areas (process and technical) and recommend solutions.
6. Conduct industry and market research. Maintain a working knowledge of technologies and general themes in assigned areas.
7. Collaborate with Reltio Architects to ensure the platform is scalable and sustainable.
8. Perform platform audits to enforce compliance on the platform.
9. Work with Reltio to perform platform health check and provide corrective measures.
10. Collaborate on pre-study / PoC to determine the readiness of new feature / framework / tool enablement and associated impacts on the platform.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Overall Design Process: The CMDM Technical Architect defines the standards for customer data management platform, Reltio Analytics & GBQ. He/she works very closely with the integration team. He/she is the one that enforces the business value driven design, continuously challenging:
* the alignment of the design on the business value.

Program & Project Management Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Architect.
* Analytics.
* Integration platforms.
* Reltio or other MDM tools.
* Ability to work in a highly matrixed & culturally diverse global environment.
* Minimum of 2 years as practitioner of agile methodology (product manager, product owner, coach...).
* Minimum of 2 years experience in data integration (batch and/or API), data preparation, data quality and data integrity controls.
* Functional familiarity with one or multiple key master data entity/domain such as Individuals (Consumer, Contact, Employee...), Organizations (Customer, Partner, Supplier,...), Product, Locations, Assets,... and the key challenges typically involved in implementing MDM for that entity/domain.
* Knowledge of data governance tools such as Collibra or Informatica EDC.
* Knowledge of data quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data.
* Knowledge of large scale data ecosystems leveraging cloud-based platforms.
* Familiar with data stewardship activities.
