From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with over 80 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our People & Organization Area for a paid internship.
The selected candidate will perform support tasks in the People & Organization area to ensure the success of the area's digitalization project with the global implementation of a new ERP.
Your responsibilities:
* Collaborate in defining the area's processes and procedures, aligning them with the new digitalization tool.
* Participate in data migration from old systems to the new ERP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
* Prepare documentation and manuals for the global implementation of the project, providing technical and training support.
* Provide administrative and strategic support in recruitment processes: meetings, calls, interviews, etc.
* Assist in posting job offers and screening CVs.
* Collaborate in interviews and prepare evaluation reports as needed.

* University degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, Business Intelligence, or similar.
* Highly valued: Master's degree in HR, digitalization, project management, or Analytics.
* High level of English (C1), knowledge of French is a plus.
* Data-oriented, high level of Excel. Highly valued: knowledge of data visualization tools.
* Desirable: knowledge of Workday or any other HCM.
