How will you contribute to SonoSuite?
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content that drives brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement across social media channels, lead magnet campaigns, and the company’s website.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies for both short-form and long-form content, including social media posts, blogs, eBooks, webinars, podcasts, and other materials aimed at supporting lead generation efforts.
Additionally, he/she will collaborate with the sales team to produce sales enablement materials, such as brochures and presentations.
Responsibilities include:
* Digital Content Production
Create and publish weekly short-form content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and lead magnet campaigns to drive engagement and lead capture.
* Develop monthly long-form content (blogs, eBooks, webinars, podcasts, white papers, case studies) for the website and other channels.
* Write copy for social media, web, blog, and campaigns, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with marketing goals.
* Manage the company’s monthly newsletter and produce newsletters for cross-selling and upselling to clients.
* Audiovisual and Multimedia Content Creation
Edit short videos for social platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) and the blog, optimizing for each platform.
* Create content for paid campaigns (social media ads, landing pages) to drive engagement and conversions.
* Use design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro) to produce high-quality visual content.
* Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
Develop content for landing pages and email sequences to nurture and convert leads.
* Collaborate with the digital specialist on lead magnet campaigns to optimize lead generation and conversions.
* Conduct market research to ensure content aligns with audience trends and needs.
* Develop sales enablement materials (brochures, presentations) in collaboration with the creative specialist and sales team.
* Results Analysis and Strategic Adjustments
Measure content performance (engagement, web traffic, lead generation) and report key metrics.
* Optimize content based on performance data and industry trends.
* Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with key peer teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
* Collaborate with the digital and creative specialist to maximize the impact of campaigns.
* Stay updated on content trends and digital strategies within the B2B SaaS and independent music industry.
What will make you successful?
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS B2B sector.
* Strong experience in content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and long-form content such as blogs, eBooks, and case studies.
* Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including the marketing, sales, and product teams.
* Results-oriented, with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge in social media management and the skills to develop and execute digital campaigns across different markets.
* Ability to monitor competition and provide actionable suggestions for improving content strategy and performance.
* You have knowledge of the music industry.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Content Creator, ideally within the B2B SaaS tech marketing field.
* Demonstrating strong expertise in creating compelling digital content across various formats and platforms.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent writing and editing skills in both Spanish and English, with a focus on creating engaging and persuasive marketing content.
* Strong discipline and attention to detail, coupled with creativity, innovative thinking, and a willingness to propose new ideas.
