About the Client: An exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in aviation technology.
About the Role: The role is a central position dedicated to supporting the client's Aircraft business development community and accelerating sales engagements for a Blockchain solution focusing on Aircraft maintenance. This will be done in collaboration with RVPs and regional business development teams across four regions. The role includes the following activities:
* Regional engagements: Collaborate with regional business development managers to assist in global prospecting efforts and qualification, contact new prospects, raise awareness through presentations, ensure follow-up, and maintain a high level of continuous sales engagements.
Accelerate demand creation: Engage in customer sales activities throughout the sales cycle. Provide support in creating proposals, including preparation, sales engagement material, business case preparation, contracting, and closure. Coordinate across regions to create a network effect linking various engagements with prospects into joint opportunities. Support the preparation and customization of presentation workshop material in collaboration with regional business development managers. Conduct sales engagement workshops as necessary and help customers engage with their ecosystems globally to adopt MRO Blockchain solutions. Support the creation of customer trials from a business standpoint.
Central community management activities: Maintain a centralized pipeline of qualified engagements and manage them to closure with regional business development managers. Keep an up-to-date database of standard sales and technical engagement material ready for use in sales engagements, reflecting:
* Feedback from previous sales engagements.
* Gathering of competitive intelligence.
* Development of customer objection responses.
Coordinate joint engagements and go-to-market activities with partners and regional business development managers, following up on related actions. Facilitate the community of regional business development managers involved with MRO Blockchain prospects through regular calls, ensuring the value proposition is understood, lessons learned are shared, and follow-ups are conducted. Respond to requests for information from regional business development managers in a timely manner.
What we are looking for:
Experience Required:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science.
* 5+ years of proven success in generating revenue growth in a sales and/or business development role.
* 3+ years of relevant product experience preferred.
* Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in building client relationships at the Senior Management level.
* Experience in developing and implementing business development plans.
