The Director, Global Business Insights and Analytics for Mammotome applies knowledge of data analysis to solve real-world problems faced by our company lead the Mammotome organization towards a more “data-driven and insight-led culture” to find opportunities for improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for the Mammotome organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead a team of direct and indirect reports as well as cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analytical techniques (descriptive, inferential, and predictive) to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover data optimization opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a global Funnel Management Standard using CRM tools, from lead generation to quote creation, enhancing forecasting capabilities through data-driven insights and predictive analytics to optimize sales processes.
* Coordinate cross-OpCos data integration efforts for Performance Partnership by supporting the implementation of a unified data architecture, strategic alignment, and collaborative infrastructure to enhance the initiative’s transparency, forecasting and results.
* Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
* Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within Mammotome, as needed. Translate results in a way that tells a meaningful and understandable story to stakeholders to inform decisions and impact the business.
* Analyze processes and systems to identify and recommend areas of improvement. Identify KPIs that are most critical to business performance and design solutions to source the necessary data and surface it in meaningful reports.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field, required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
* 5-7 years of progressive experience within a global organization with proven ability to gain followership, effectively deal with complex situations and drive results through others
* Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel, and one or more business intelligence software programs such as: Tableau, Qlik, Domo, Visier, Power BI, etc; Plus: familiar with SAP and how to extract data and push to other software systems
* The capacity to plan, organize, & complete projects on time. Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Demonstrated success in planning, enabling, and facilitating operational reviews with high impact action plans aimed at areas of improvement.
* Have a strong Gemba-orientation (sped time and drive change at the ‘real place’ – where the ‘value happens’ and have a true love of proactive continuous improvement, measuring results, and problem solving to obtain results
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and be hands on with ability to see the big picture.
