We want to hire a very organized and attention to detail professional to provide support to our Legal department. He/She will develop the following responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Legal, Risk & Compliance department as Paralegal
* Management and maintenance of document database and alert system
* Classify and categorize documents
* Handling the homologation process of suppliers and customers
* Filling in compliance forms requested from third parties
Education:
* Secretarial / Administrative / Information and Documentation (or similar)
* Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan, spoken and written
* Excel knowledge
* SAP Knowledge
* Docusign or other electronic signatures platforms
Skills:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
* Self-sufficient and problem-solving
* Highly responsible, ability to multi-task and capable of working well under pressure
* Good team player
* Motivated, proactive, dynamic, and methodical
