Neuraxpharm is looking for a CMO Supply Planner Specialist based in Sant Joan Despí.
Your mission:
The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient planning and supply of 3rd party finish product supply into the Neuraxpharm affiliates and B2B customers to meet projected demand. This requires determination of the mid and long-term supply demand, communication of these to suppliers, identification and pro-active resolution of any constraints on behalf of the CMO's. The role also involves trade-off and prioritization decisions in cases where insufficient supply is available to meet the demand. The role is also responsible for communicating finish product and raw material (if it's needed) forecasts and managing Supplier performance through regular continuous improvement / review meetings with suppliers.
Supply planner develops and executes the short-term plan to ensure that the right product is available at each location within the Neuraxpharm affiliates in order to meet affiliate demand. The role holder needs to identify product for transfer and dates by which the logistics function needs to execute the move.
Your major accountabilities:
* Determines finish product supply requirements based on Demand Forecast.
* Communication, review and confirmation with Suppliers regarding ability to meet the demand requirements.
* Determines optimization of inbound quantities to balance trade-off of order frequency and inventory costs.
* Supplier performance for the Neuraxpharm through SLA reviews, performance monitoring, corrective action identification.
* Ensure that supplier performance, manufacturing optimization, inventory holding and customer service are continuously improved through the identification and elimination of waste.
* Work with suppliers to identify any constraints that need to be taken into account in the Inventory Policy.
* Ensure that deviations from plan are visible and agree recovery plans, root cause analysis with the vendor to prevent re-occurrence.
* Responsible for accurate master data in the system. Ensure that planning master data (static and dynamic) remains accurate.
* Use relevant KPIs to drive performance and improvements through continuous improvement activities.
* Is responsible to ensure that all documentation needed to materialize the export for finish goods is complete by both parts (vendor and affiliate destination).
* To perform scheduling services and activities that support and facilitate outbound shipments.
* This position acts as a focal point between CMO, affiliate destination, Warehouse, Transportation and other warehouse personnel.
* Ensure affiliates customer orders are delivered on time and in full as per agreed to service levels.
* Provide 3rd party logistics with schedule and documentation for next day/week loading in cases that transport is agreed as DDP from NXPH.
* Provide shipment status reporting to all affected areas within Neuraxpharm affiliates.
We would like you to have:
* Supply Chain / Distribution experience (Logistic / Planning)
* Experience with international vendors and trading supply
* Bachelor degree in business or a comparable degree
* 2 years experience as a CMO supply planner specialist/logistics in a manufacturing company or distribution company (Chemical/ Pharmaceutical will be a plus)
* Strong sense of time organization and urgency, analytical thinking with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently.
* Specific Knowledge: SAP, Pack office
* Mobility: 5%
