This role offers hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and the chance to develop expertise in vulnerabilities detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the monitoring of network traffic for evaluating printer secure communications standards compliance.Support the implementation and maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security systems.Participate in vulnerability assessments and help reproducing and verifying the fix of reported defects.Help investigate security vulnerabilities and support fixing efforts.Contribute to security documentation, reports, and risk assessments.Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.Collaborate with IT and development teams to apply security best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in network securityStrong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, etc.).Familiarity with basic security concepts (encryption, authentication, firewalls, malware, etc.).Knowledge of operating systems (Linux and Windows) and basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).Understanding of security tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, or basic SIEM platforms is a plus.We offer:Full-time schedule (40 hours/week).Permanent contract with Beyondsoft.25 days of paid holidays.Office location in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona (near FGC Sant Joan).An opportunity to develop your career within a global company.“Beyondsoft is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
