Responsibilities
* Responsible for development and deployment of Healthcare Sales in EMEIA.
* Drives profits and growth by understanding and meeting customer needs and developing partnering relationships.
* Coordinates with all functions to ensure timely and professional customer service and product development support.
* Responsible for supporting the delivery of the AOP Plan: Sales and EBITDA of the Healthcare (HC) segment.
* Develops in-depth knowledge of the defined sub-segments allocated to the Jnr KAM within the HC space (such as but not limited to – drapes & gowns, wound care) which supports budget achievement and business segment strategy.
* Builds relationships with defined customers and potential customers, understanding their businesses and needs, and uses that information to develop Magnera strategies for improved profitability and growth.
* Supports the Segment Leader/KAM HC segment with tasks such as calculation of prices, handling offers, updating indexing, and organizing samples.
* Works within a cross-functional team including Customer Service, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR functional leaders to meet the Specialties segment business targets.
* Uses, gathers, structures, and shares market and competition data in order to identify opportunities for increased market share.
* Suggests and initiates product developments based on customer needs and market surveys. Provides information and support to R&D for product innovation and development.
* Takes ownership of the relationship between customers and all departments within the production site.
* Develops new business and adds new distribution points in both existing and new segments/markets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or vocational training + work experience.
Relevant post-qualifying certifications.
Driving License.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Ideally experience in a sales-related role.
- Experience in an international matrix environment is beneficial.
- Experience in B2B environment & Nonwovens market valued.
- Fluent English is required (both verbal and written).
- Fluency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch) is preferred.
