We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Manager for the Italian market. This role is key to enhancing our brand presence in Italy by driving community engagement and crafting cross-functional content that amplifies our brand voice across multiple platforms and markets.
In this role, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager and with the Marketing Specialist and Affiliate Manager for Italy. Your work will strengthen our brand presence in Italy by engaging the community and producing content that resonates across different business units.

Mission: As a Community Manager for the Italian market, your mission is to build and nurture an engaged digital community. You'll drive innovative social media strategies, create compelling content, and foster authentic connections that enhance our brand and enrich the travel experience.
Main responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operational management of Heymondo’s social media channels (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X and Facebook) in Italy, including responding to comments, addressing queries, interacting with the community and publishing engaging content.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, ensuring creative and transversal content is produced for use across various business units.
* Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure Heymondo remains at the forefront of digital engagement in Italy.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
* Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to optimize content and engagement strategies (Paid Meta campaign analysis is a plus).
Requirements:
* Proven experience in social media management or community engagement (2-3 years).
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
* Native-level Italian speaker and fluent in Spanish. English is a plus.
* Heavy user of Instagram and TikTok with a deep understanding of platform trends.
* Excellent Italian writing skills and storytelling ability.
* Passionate about travel and knowledgeable about industry trends.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, managing dual responsibilities across community management and content planning.
* Creative, proactive and organized mindset.
* Proficient in using Canva and CapCut.
* Experience with Paid Meta campaigns.
