The Group Product Manager for the Partners area will be part of the Content and Partners (CaP) cluster within Glovo. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, this individual will be leading a team of Product Managers and driving the strategy across 3-4 teams that provide support to all our Partners' needs. More specifically, we are looking for someone to come in and drive the vision for what it means to deliver a best-in-class merchant experience that helps all our Partners achieve their business goals at Glovo while enjoying every minute of the experience.
Specific challenges in this area include:
* Building a scalable merchant onboarding experience that meets the needs of the diverse partner business models we support.
* Building self-service tools that help partners manage their day-to-day operations without the need to contact support.
* Developing insights and performance metrics that help our partners be more successful on Glovo.

You have:
* An experienced leader capable of managing a complex scope of 3-4 teams and leading the vision and strategy definition for these areas.
* Experience leading and building web-based consumer-centric features.
* Experience leading a team of senior rock-star PMs and supporting their growth and career trajectory.
* A passion to use technology to solve complicated problems that will improve people's lives.
* Technical know-how - you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works.
* Leadership - you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products. You're great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track.
* Communication skills - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume.
