The Sales Manager for Iberia & Key Account Manager for Catalonia and Aragon for Agfa Radiology Solutions. As the Sales Manager, this person is expected to coordinate and execute all direct and indirect sales activities in Iberia. The Sales Manager is responsible to coordinate the implementation of the sales strategy. In this role, he/she provides guidance to the direct and indirect sales team, coordinates and controls the sales process, and supports the regional management in achieving the budget. As the Key Account Manager, he/she is customer-facing, acts as a single point of contact to customers, is responsible for identifying opportunities, managing customer expectations, and negotiating contracts.
He/she creates account strategies where applicable. Office location: Barcelona
Main responsibilities:
1. Act as a Single-Point-of-Contact for the regional management and assigned customer base
2. Collaborate on the sales strategy
3. Coordinate the local sales funnel (incl. CRM Data Quality)
4. Coordinate the local sales forecasting process
5. Coordinate the local revenue results and recognition
6. Support and coach the sales team
7. Create and execute on account strategies
8. Manage the customer relationship
9. Execute the sales process (opportunity, proposal, quote, negotiation, contract)
10. Maintain CRM & Quoting System throughout the process
11. Responsible for the hand-over from sales to services
Requirements:
1. You hold a Bachelor or a Master degree in a Medical, Economical or Technical field
2. You have min. 5 years of sales experience in value-added selling on product and solutions (incl. tender management)
3. Experience in medical imaging/Healthcare would be a strong asset
4. As a strong team player, you are able to maintain a high level of quality in a continually changing environment
5. Strong communication & coaching skills and business orientation
6. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
7. You have very good communication skills in Spanish & English
8. You have a driving license cat. B and you are willing to travel on a regular basis
