Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee accountancy-related tasks, including:
* Handling customer and supplier accounts.
* Processing invoices and payments.
* Managing bank reconciliations and financial records.
* Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure accurate financial documentation.
* Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Assist in preparing reports and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar administrative or accountancy-focused role.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., bookkeeping, accounting) are a plus.
* Knowledge of Business Central ERP is a strong advantage.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in office and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
