We are seeking a Community Manager & Social Listener with 3-4 years of experience in digital community management, social listening, and content creation within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry. This role will be responsible for enhancing the brand’s digital presence, engaging with our global community, analyzing trends and market perceptions, and developing copywriting strategies tailored to each platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Community Management
1. Manage and moderate the brand’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
2. Develop engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with our audience.
3. Respond to comments and messages, ensuring communication aligns with the brand’s identity.
4. Coordinate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to manage crises and opportunities on social media.
5. Foster interactions with influencers, brand ambassadors, and customers.
2. Social Listening & Analysis
1. Monitor brand mentions, competitors, and market trends using social listening tools.
2. Identify real-time opportunities and risks, reporting key findings to relevant teams.
3. Analyze sentiment and conversation patterns to optimize content and communication strategies.
4. Prepare periodic reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
3. GET THE LOOK Project
1. Provide support for the GET THE LOOK project, handling tasks related to influencer management and social media listening for the involved profiles.
4. Content Strategy & Copywriting
1. Develop compelling, creative, and brand-aligned copy and captions.
2. Adapt the tone of voice according to the platform and target audience (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. Collaborate with the content team to ensure a cohesive narrative across all posts.
4. Identify trends in language and content formats to enhance engagement.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of digital campaigns.
Requirements
1. 3-4 years of experience in Community Management, Social Listening, and Copywriting within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
2. Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and social listening/analytics tools.
3. Experience in creative writing for social media and tone adaptation per platform.
4. Ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
5. Knowledge of crisis management and customer service on social media.
6. Strong aesthetic sense and deep understanding of the fashion & lifestyle industry.
7. High-level English proficiency (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
