We're a small but mighty video agency based in Barcelona. We help B2B SaaS companies transform from 'boring' to heartfelt through brand and video storytelling. As the least boring video agency, we're looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing & Community Manager to help us thrive. Have we mentioned we have a 4-day workweek?
The role
We seek a versatile marketing and sales enthusiast who can help us connect with B2B tech marketers, support our sales process, and contribute to our content creation efforts. You'll work directly with our founder to implement marketing strategies and sales initiatives that embody our thoughtfully playful, intelligently informal, and refreshingly honest brand voice.
Core Responsibilities
* Help build and nurture a community of marketers through organizing events and learning experiences.
* Support lead generation by contacting potential clients and arranging conversations.
* Assist in developing compelling proposals and manage their presentation and follow-up.
* Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
* Contribute to content creation and prepare promotional materials and assets.
* Support marketing campaigns across various channels.
* Help maintain our CRM and marketing tools.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure our marketing efforts align with our brand positioning.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
* Experience (2+ years) in marketing (and sales ideally), related somehow to creative or tech companies.
* Events organisation and community building experience.
* Proficient English skills (native or equivalent) - We will be testing for it.
* Strong digital literacy and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
* Excellent communication and writing abilities.
* Comprehensive understanding of B2B and Account-based Marketing principles.
* Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.
The Perfect Fit Will Also Have
* Experience related to B2B SaaS companies.
* Knowledge of event planning and community building.
* Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.
* Spanish language skills.
* Background in creative industries or demonstrated creative ability.
* Experience with social media management for business.
* Short-form video creation skills (welcome but not essential).

Working model
* We're currently trialing a 4-day workweek (with Fridays off) that we intend to maintain permanently.
* Hybrid work model with 1-2 days per week in our Barcelona office.
* Flexible working hours around key meetings and events.
* This role requires being based in Barcelona, or able to relocate for this job.
